With her 20 years experience as a group fitness instructor she realizes the importance of not only staying strong and fit but also working on flexibility to keep our muscles and joints healthy.
Ginny's yoga classes will fill you with a sense of deep relaxation and connection to your inner self and the universe. She introduces breathing exercises, poses for stretching the entire body and balance moves to keep your core strong.
