I’ve been leading people in outdoor exercise for almost 15 years now.  In 2009 I decided to formally further my education in the field of food and nutrition and became certified as a Health Coach through the  Institute for Integrative Nutrition . Once I discovered the link between what we eat and how we feel I wanted to share my knowledge withGinny Wright kneeling in garden everyone.

Eating whole foods and exercising are part of a healthy lifestyle. There is so much we can do to stay well and ward off disease. Learning to manage stress is another important component of good health
